I have had issues with the front end of my vehicle for years. I've taken it to many other shops and have always had the same issues after they had serviced it as well as the same run around about that's just the way it is. The staff at Professional Tire took the time and effort to show me my problems and told me what was needed to be done to eliminate the issues I was having before they did any service work. After their service now my vehicle drives better than it ever has since I've owned it. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, thank you so much.
They go WAY... out of their way to take care of the vehicle brought in to them. Then.. making sure that the customer is comfortable with their decision ( before ) they continue. Job well done. !! Many years here.
